Good place with ok food. Really love the interior the only minus is the entrance that looks definitely out of taste from inside same as outside.

If you love a bustling euro feel with a slab of over-decorated Kitsch, then this place is just for you. Menu items range from acceptably average to great, but let's make things clear, you don't go to Papagalino for grand dining -you could!-; you go because it is the unofficial "town square" of Niles. You can socialize, visit with your friends, your SO, whomever, and feel a sense of leisurely community. The large space and comfortable layout, along with a large traffic of people enhances this experience.
